Ashley-Lauren Elrod is the award-winning Founder, CEO, and Executive Producer of VWP.
Her dedication to diversity, safety, and inclusivity has earned her high regard in the entertainment industry. She has raised millions for charitable causes by actively committing 10% of every dollar earned to a bigger cause, utilizing her story as a survivor to inspire others, and aligning with clients whose campaigns serve others.
Ashley-Lauren is a socially responsible leader, committed to promoting positive change, bridging gaps, empowering others, and raising awareness for child abuse and suicide epidemics through every project and advocacy partnership commitment at VWP.

Over 10 years Ashley has worked closely with leaders of influence at the National Children’s Alliance, Chicago CAC, Songs Against Slavery, Humans Save Org, and more, utilizing her story to empower others and raise millions to support those in need. All of this has led her to sit on the advisory board of Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center, the organization that was there for her in her time of need as a survivor.
VWP are advocates, sponsors, and board members of the Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center, helping to prevent and raise awareness of child abuse, trafficking, and suicide for both child and adult child abuse survivors.
In our mission to create a safer world through arts and entertainment, we strive for that same mission on and off our sets, in our meetings, and beyond.
Signing on with VWP for your next project, you will be partnering with this initiative as 10% of every dollar goes directly to the Chicago CAC every quarter which will aid in supporting our efforts of changing lives forever.
